1) Water- Drink lots of water.
2) Yoga-10 minutes instant yoga in the morning. Yoga is union of mind body and soul. Rejuvenates and brings complete harmony and strengthens the aura and prevents diseases.
3) Pranayam- a part of yoga brings in fresh energy and universal life force energy to each and every cell in the body and detoxify.
4) Meditation- meditation is not concentration, meditation is being aware. Take three deep breaths and let go. Relax every part of your body. You may do it sitting or lying down in a comfortable posture.
Watch your breath, do not follow your thoughts, don’t be judgmental, be a witness. In a few minutes you will find yourself with fresh enhanced energy.
5) Laughter- Laugh as much as you can and as many times as you can. This keeps the stress away and makes your thinking positive.
6) Stretch- stretch a few times a day with your full body involved during the office time, while watching TV. or any other activity especially the people working in the BPO,KPO and call center businesses
Do all the above activities daily and see the difference in the quality of your life and your own qualities.
